I am a strategic business management and financial wellness consultant with close to 2 decades of experience in the Jamaican banking and financial sector. I am fueled by my passion to help people realize their full potential whilst guided by the quote, “do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” 

My career in banking began in 2006. While in banking I served in a number of senior positions ranging from Business Development and Customer Experience to Personal and Business Banking. 

While as a Business Banker,  I helped dozens of Small and Medium-sized businesses to scale by first hearing them out, as sometimes customers just want a listening ear before making a big step. I then helped to tailor a strategic plan of action for their growth and success. 

In 2021 I transitioned to the role of Relationship Manager for the FinTech arm of one of the Caribbean’s largest technology conglomerates operating in 30 countries. In this capacity, I was leading the charge of digitizing payment and optimizing the operations of hundreds of small businesses on the island. 

I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy with a Minor in International Relations from the University of West Indies, Mona, and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Mona School of Business and Management.  I value the importance of family and friendships and building strong and mutually beneficial relationships.  

Driven by purpose, in 2022 I decided to go on the journey of Entrepreneurship full-time to execute my life’s purpose and to use up my talents to serve my fellow people.
